About Us

Eagle Construction was established in 1974 by Robert "Bob" Norris, a fine General Contractor whose main objective was to provide fast, friendly, and affordable Home Improvement Services to his customers. In 1995, Mark Kolodziej partnered with Bob, bringing his extensive roofing knowledge into the business. Working together, they made Eagle Construction into what proved to be one of Vallejo's foremost Construction Companies. When Bob passed away in 1999, Mark continued on with the tradition of excellence that Bob worked so hard to achieve.

Reference lists are available upon request, and our construction work is guaranteed for three years and our roofs are guaranteed for five years.
